Privacy Policy
How Madness-Online collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use our services.
This Policy applies to the Madness-Online website, game accounts, game server, support tools, and payment-related records we control. Third-party platforms have their own privacy policies.

02 How we use information

- Detect cheating, fraud, abuse, attacks, and violations of our rules.
- Process transactions, keep financial records, and resolve payment disputes.

03 Our reasons for processing
Depending on your location and the activity, we process information to perform our agreement with you, pursue legitimate interests such as service security and improvement, comply with legal obligations, or act with your consent. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
04 Cookies and similar technology
We use essential cookies and session storage to keep you signed in, remember security or language preferences, and operate website features. Payment, translation, chat, or embedded third-party features may set their own cookies. You can limit non-essential cookies in your browser, but blocking essential cookies may prevent login or other features from working.
05 When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share only what is necessary with hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, email or support providers, security and anti-fraud services, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. We may also disclose information to protect rights, safety, and service integrity, or as part of a business reorganisation.
Public character profiles, rankings, guild information, forum posts, and other features you choose to use may be visible to other players and visitors.
06 International processing
Our providers or players may be located in different countries. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps and use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
07 Data retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Account and game records are generally retained while an account is active. Security, sanction, transaction, tax, and dispute records may be kept longer where needed to prevent abuse, establish claims, or meet legal and accounting duties. Data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required.
08 Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as password hashing, access controls, logging, and secure connections where available. No online system is completely secure. Use a unique password, enable available account protections, and never send your password or authentication codes to anyone.
09 Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of certain personal information, and to complain to a local data-protection authority. These rights can have legal exceptions, including security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and the rights of others.
Submit a request through our support desk. We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the relevant account.
10 Children’s privacy
Madness-Online is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to data processing in their country. A parent or guardian must supervise use by a minor. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and take suitable action.
11 Policy changes
We may update this Policy as our technology, services, providers, or legal duties change. The current version and its updated date will always appear on this page. Material changes may also be announced on the website or our official community channels.
