Terms of Service

01 Eligibility and acceptance

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and supervise your use of the service.

02 Accounts and security

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, recovery details, and two-factor authentication codes.
• Do not share, sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account where prohibited by our rules.
• Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not responsible for losses caused by credentials you disclosed or failed to secure.

03 Acceptable use and game rules

You must also follow the Server Rules. You may not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay without permission, interfere with the service, attack our systems, impersonate staff, scam other players, harass others, publish unlawful content, or use Madness-Online for fraud or other illegal activity.

Report serious bugs privately to support. Exploiting or publicly distributing an exploit may lead to removal of gains and account action.

04 Virtual items and Madness Points

Madness Points, characters, items, rewards, and other in-game content are digital features licensed for use within the service. They are not legal currency, have no guaranteed cash value, and do not give you ownership of the game or server data.

Prices, availability, balancing, and features may change. Purchases are also governed by our Refund Policy. You are responsible for taxes, payment details, and obtaining the account holder's permission before paying.

05 Ownership and content

The website, server, branding, code, graphics, text, and other service materials are owned by or licensed to Madness-Online and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except where the law expressly permits.

If you submit feedback, screenshots, or community content, you keep any rights you already hold and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display it only as reasonably needed to operate, promote, and improve the service. You must have the right to submit that content.

06 Moderation, suspension, and termination

We may warn, mute, restrict, suspend, or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, the Server Rules, payment rules, or applicable law. Where practical, action will reflect the seriousness and history of the violation. Serious fraud, security threats, chargeback abuse, or repeated misconduct may result in immediate action.

You may stop using the service at any time. Account closure does not create a right to a refund for used or ineligible digital content.

07 Availability and changes

Maintenance, updates, technical failures, attacks, or events outside our reasonable control may interrupt the service. We may update, rebalance, replace, or discontinue features to maintain or improve Madness-Online. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability.

08 Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be secure, available, or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madness-Online and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service connected with that claim during the previous six months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

09 Third-party services

Payments, Discord, social media, and other external services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services, content, or availability.

10 Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms when the service, law, or our practices change. We will publish the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes may also be announced on the website or our official community channels. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
